Turn Up is a class where we push limits and barriers that we have set for ourselves and come together to empower one another to make ourselves a priority. Its a place where we encourage each other to stop playing small and to live the lives we desire… we simply use fitness to move us forward.
These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and dance all set to a hip hop soundtrack. You will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone you will step into your power like never before!
